Dunkin' - Council Bluffs

As someone from the East Coast, I'm accustomed to Dunkin', so during my road trip, it’s becoming increasingly challenging to find one out here in the West. However, everything else I encountered was fantastic!

Deliciously crafted Dunkin' Donuts! Thank you for reintroducing the pumpkin spice flavor. I really enjoy it, especially iced and spiced! I sampled the pumpkin spice donut and the pumpkin spice signature iced latte. The drive-thru experience was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. Overall, great drinks! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered three items while passing by but only received two. The two items I did get were disappointing. The small breakfast wrap was open in the bag, and the hash browns were greasy and drenched in oil.

The workers are nice, but their bakers have no warning, two days in the row I have asked for a cream filled long john, that is a donut with chocolate frosting top with cream filling, and I say the bakers make them pulverized, that is not a cream filling longjohn. if I wanted to do a powdered dough, I would ask for a powdered doughnut. STOP screw with the longjohn

The service is slow. Your order has a50%rate being accurate. I have spent 25 minutes NO EXAGGERATION waiting in drive thru.
