Starbucks - Cottonwood

A big thank you to the staff at Dieucks in Safeway! The customer service was exceptional and truly exceeded my expectations.

I have always preferred the location in Sedona, but I decided to check out the one in Cottonwood. Unfortunately, the service here is incredibly slow, even when there are just a few people in line. I've been to the restaurant a few times, and it is clean.

Consistently burnt coffee. Update in 2022: It's still burnt, but now it’s even more expensive to deal with. Thanks, Onkel Joe.

It seems that a personal shortage has taken place lately. sometimes the order is not available and sometimes the lobby is closed. in the rule they remember posting a sign that says just go through. when this happens, the drive works at a reasonable speed. if the order is available in advance, it is super fast and it is easy to park at home depot and go over the street to completely avoid the dietucks parking.

There are usually five or more employees, even at 6 pm, but only one makes ALL the drinks all day long. I waited five minutes at 6pm on Friday for a small drip coffee, no one else was in the store although there were drive through customers. The in store person at the register does nothing other than take inside orders and maybe help with drive through, but does not serve in store customers. Everyday this place is like this. What is the excuse?
