Rance's Chicago Pizza - Costa Mesa

I finally found my favorite cake outside Chicago. Get the filled house especially (see menu). Every slice is a meal! Appetizer was garlic cheese bread with red diving sauce. So this served in real glasses for a good, fancier touch. Service was good. Order your pizza 45 minutes before you leave!! It takes a long time to cook.

I literally thought the deep pizza was a gimmick. But my mother-in-law surprised me, and I love every bite. The salad was a great starter, big and very tasteful, then the flat pizza that was for later was very good, but I had only one slice, finally the deep dish pan pizza, it was absolutely phenomenal. I can't rave on how good this pizza was. That's very cliché, but that was the best pizza I ever had. The crust was so soft and tasty, and it was more like a cake crust, very fluffy instead of a traditional pizza crust.

Great service and pizza! The best I had before outside Chicago! Thank you. Your staff also wanted to praise. A guest came in while my son and I were one. He seemed in a hurry and said he wanted a pizza, then was excited and singing about it when he was told how long a pizza would take (the people who know Chi Style Pizza know how long it takes... he obviously doesn't). The guest expected a little faster and was upset. But your employees treated it amazingly. The same server that helped my son and me was quiet and friendly, and tried to be helpful for the angry guest. The guest went to the end because he said he had to be somewhere for a meeting in a short time. Thanks for the great food and service! We'll be back again and again.

I've ever tried. It takes about 40 minutes to get your pizza out, but definitely worth waiting... There are 3 different sizes to choose, but one medium is enough for two people. The deep dish has so much cheese and tomato sauce that it fills you up! And the tomato sauce, had very good mix of flavors. The crust is beautifully roasted and it is not overwhelmingly thick. It's not a big place, so it's getting crowded quickly. You also have these Thai peanut sauce chicken wings that are amazingly tasteful? All in all, my friend and I, landed the six pieces of Thai sauce wing, and then the bigger pizza, for about $50. recommend this place.

One of the top pizza restaurants around! The spicy Thai wings are so damn delicious...just the right amount of kick. And the pizza...forget about it!
