Tiny Japanese restaurant, so it is not good for large groups. they can sit on the waiter list with the yelp app. small parties of 2 have to sit faster. eating was very good and udon noodles are made house. they forgot our fried chicken food, but unlike that, service was good and eating came quite fast. I recommend this place definitiw.
Udon or U-don know this place. the broth dashi has to wait alone. the spicy broth with the Shabu style meat is my usual, but I think most first timer should order the bases to try what is known to her, it is handmade noodles and simplistic Dashi bread made with precision to calm her taste buds like a good comfort choice to the souls. it's an original place to get her dunes on, so I suggest to come a bit early to secure her seats.
There are many parking spaces on the square. When we had sat down after the check-in of the ice-floor support, the staff was very friendly and ensured that we felt comfortable. the menu selection is quite large and there is a QR code so that you can see everything. the shabu shabu udon with bark was very tasty. the bark was juicy and they give them a lot of bark meat, the broth was super aromatic, and the udon noodles were bouncy. I would recommend this. I also recommend the tempura soba if they want something light and refreshment, especially on a hot summer day. the fried chicken side was also solid, only a tiny piece on the pricier side. the sauce that they give them to dip was also delicious, not a Mayo sauce like others. I'll be back in a moment.
Shabu shabu udon (level 2 spicy) the broth was definitely the main star of the show. it was very flavorful with a good kick of spice paired with freshly made udon. chicken karage in our opinion the chicken was over battered, but the seasoning they added was tasty and paired well with the dipping sauce they gave. this was a small little restaurant that serves authentic udon with broth where u can taste the quality time used to make it. the beef was a bit rough in our opinion but the udon broth definitely made up for it.
