"Although my order was incorrect and some items were missing, I reached out and spoke to a manager who was exceptionally friendly and courteous. He took care of the situation by replacing my entire order. I believe my calm approach during the call helped in resolving the issue smoothly. I appreciate the hard work that goes into this job, and I understand that mistakes can happen, but it’s great to see them being addressed. The staff also provided an entertaining atmosphere during my dinner. Thank you to the Wendy’s team and manager for your great work!"
