Smell is amazing how you enter the joint. Brisket was a little dry, Jalapeno sausage was good and spicy. Pork ribs were tenderly dropped from the bone and no sauce required! An upcoming barbecue! Support of local places!

AMAZING BBQ! Tons of perfectly prepared meat stacked on a plate with spicy sauce. A sandwich with brisket ordered, pork pulled and polishing sausage, there was so much meat that the bread just got into the way. Had made 3 sandwiches with the part they gave. I wanted to post a picture of the tasty, but I'm embarrassed to admit that at the moment I saw it, I just couldn't resist digging so that you just have to take my word for it. The prices are reasonable and the staff is nice. A must when you travel the area.

I'm usually disappointed when I eat BBQ everywhere. But Taylor has it right!! The pepper jacket sausages were some of the best sausages I ever had. the super spicy sausage was phenomenal. The brisket was moist and presented a very good taste and smoke ring. We will definitely come back!

Great ribs and good potato salad. They seem for sale8ng ourcof all dieur beers on purpose. Not sure what that is unless they will not sell beer in the future. Our waitress was fabulous, cheerful and on site.

Brisket was nicely smoked and fall apart tender. The sausage was uniquely flavored and very good. The wifey's loaded chopped bbq potato was excellent. Definitely Texas style BBQ. All housed in a cool old downtown building.
