Tartine - Coronado

I absolutely adore Tartine! The food is always outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Their quiche, coffee, and pastries make for a fantastic breakfast, while the curry chicken salad is my top choice for lunch. I also enjoy dining here for dinner; it has a charming, cozy atmosphere, yet it feels vibrant, almost like being in Europe. If you're in Coronado, you definitely have to stop by for both breakfast and dinner!

What a place! The food is tasty, and well prepared. But the desserts..are to die for! Unassuming, but it melts in your ?, the flavor.....mmmhu!

During our visit to Coronado in July 2024, we purchased beverages, pastries and dined in for breakfast. The people who work there provided excellent service. The food was fresh and delicious. Other guests were friendly as well as we enjoyed our breakfast on the covered patio. Definitely recommend. One gentleman went out of his way to walk a customer and what the customer had purchased safely across the street to his car. He took the utmost care of the patron.

Who is the big handsome waiter? He’s perhaps the nicest waiter I’ve ever met. Forgot his name but an awesome dude. Looks like a SEAL, but humble as a Sailor. Lol.
