El Chivito Birrieria - Corona

The dorado tacos were out of this world!! Seriously- on my list of top tacos I've ever eaten. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The agua frescos so refreshing. I will definitely be back!!

So good. We come about monthly. Chilaquiles are everything. They had pozole this time which was amazing. Love this place.

Idk where these guys are from, but they must be from a place that considers dry goat meat Birria. That's all good and everything, but it's not what I think of when I think of Birria... All you're going to get when you go here is dry goat meat with consume on the side. Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, or maybe I'm not a Birria expert, but I was expecting the stew style Birria that I get everywhere else and was a little disappointed. That said, it's good, but not what we were looking for, and if you fall into that same category, be warned.

The place is very small, the bad thing is that they only give 3 tortillas. In other places they give you more.

The best birria ive EVER had!!!! the service was amazing, the store was cozy and felt welcoming. i loved it so much!!! definitely a little secret gem hidden in corona, 10/10 would go back again!!
