Dairy Queen -  Cornwall,

This was my first visit to Cornwall and I decided to try a peanut buster parfait at a restaurant. I requested extra chocolate but when I received the parfait and inspected it in the light, there was not a single ounce of chocolate in it. It was mostly just ice and a few nuts, making me feel like they were rationing the ingredients. I paid extra for the chocolate but got nothing in return. If I wasn't so tired, I would have returned it. I did not pay for such disappointment. If I could give it a zero rating, I would. Is this how they treat their customers? I will never be returning there. Be cautious, it was a complete disappointment.

It took 24 minutes to receive a Blizzard, but there were no fruits like pineapple or strawberry in it. The chaos behind the counter was overwhelming, with children trying their best but getting in each other's way. The restaurant needs to improve their lineups as it was the worst setup for service. There was a lack of politeness and courtesy, and it was clear that the staff lacked training and awareness. We will be looking for another place to eat in town. The experience was as disappointing as a bland vanilla ice cream. It's unfortunate to see such a good product being poorly executed.

There on a very hot day for lunch. very small inside seats. the food was hot and delicious. the $7,00 meal was very nice. was busy, but the service was fast. although the seating area is all glass with air conditioning, it was very comfortable, even on a hot day.

Never seem good and despite the fact that I live a block away. I never go there. small portion slow service. it is a hangout to get things for teenagers.

Was busy the other night so I stopped by for a quick burger and poutine. I entered the restaurant and was the only person at the counter and there was about 5 employees at the back of the restaurant near the drive-thru window. Two young...females came up to the front and walked past me 3 times before one of them finally took my order. As soon as the order was placed and they had received payment they once again vanished to the back of the store. They were talking to each other and giggling, I was simply oblivious to them. After waiting approximately 5 minutes, a young woman came to the front and bagged my order (that had been sitting there for a couple of minutes). I'm not saying that the staff was rude, in fact, they were very pleasant. The issue was more that they were young, inexperienced and focused on having fun and socializing with one another as opposed to providing outstanding customer service.
