Hungry Howie's Pizza - Cornelius

I'm not from Cornelius, but I was between my appointments and thought I would stop eating in Hungry Howies. I had with whom I think the GM of the restaurant, her name was Queen! She was super friendly and welcoming. The first time here she gave me options from the menu she had suggested. I went with the 3 Cheeser with Cajun and Ranch season per request. Let's just say I had an amazing experience and the food was bomb! Thank you, Queen, for making my short stop in Cornelius to remember all Hungry Howies restaurants!

Courtney's customer service is outstanding. We recently had an issue with our order, and when we called to address it, Courtney was incredibly friendly and eager to ensure we were given the opportunity to have it resolved. A week later, we called again, and they were just as attentive, making sure we received our order correctly and expressing their desire for us to remain loyal customers.

The pizza was quite good; we tried the garlic crust junior size pepperoni, and it was enjoyable! However, there isn't any dine-in food available at the restaurant—it's more of a place to order ahead or take your food to go. They do have some outdoor seating with umbrellas for those who want to eat outside. I would definitely return. It would have earned 5 stars if the guy at the counter had shown a bit of personality; there wasn’t even a smile!

It was my first visit to the restaurant. Unfortunately, there were no available seats, so we had to leave. However, the experience was quite good overall. We ordered a large pizza with half meat and half veggies on a thin crust, and the woman with me got a salad.
