Panda Express - Cordova

Ordered orange chicken and noodle bowl and Beijing beef bowl through the drive through, I get home I have two chicken, the noodles were dried out and the food was not tasty at all, I called the store and they said they could refund me, but driving back down Germantown pky is a nightmare in itself, just get it right the first time people please!!!!!!! Stop wasting the consumers time and money having to come back to get the right order,ijs

I can't say much for the staff that served me today, they didn't really speak much. The meats I got were good enough, however the rice is awful. Huge chucks of ROCK HARD rice. I don't mean the occasional piece, but EVERY bite has hard pieces that are inedible. I know the rice isn't the primary cost in their dishes, but 60% of the food on my plate is going into the trash because it is literally unable to be chewed and swallowed. Sad. Other reviews are the same, low quality food and zero care from staff/management/corporate.

I wish I could give 0 stars! They NEVER have any food and the hours online aren’t accurate. I’ll starve before I eat here again! ?

I came to this particular restaurant back in December. The food was OK, but I had a very unpleasant experience inside.. one member of staff in particular was rude and made inappropriate conversation, very unprofessional. Made me uncomfortable. I visited this restaurant from out of town, but this experience alone has me not going back.

I was enjoying my food until I noticed a hair in the chicken that I bought on the side please do better just made me throw up ? why yall don’t wear hair
