Sam's Joint - Coopersville

I have dined at Sam's Joint in Coopersville several times and have consistently enjoyed excellent service and delicious food. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Every 3-4 months, I gather with a group of 12-18 women at Coopersville Sam's Joint. They do a great job accommodating us in a separate room, allowing us to meet and enjoy our meals together. The staff has always been attentive and welcoming, and we will definitely continue to visit this restaurant. We appreciate the variety of food they offer. Thank you!

The service was absolutely horrible. When our food arrived, one of the meals was burned. The waitress never returned to check on us or how we were enjoying our meal. She was rude and seemed in no hurry to assist us at all. Additionally, the bathroom was flooded, which was quite unpleasant. We went there to celebrate a birthday and were really disappointed with both the food and the service. We will not be returning.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was awful; one of our meals arrived burnt, and the waitress never came back to check on us. She seemed indifferent and rude, showing no urgency to attend to our needs. The bathroom was in a messy state, with soap all over the counter and overflowing trash. We were there to celebrate a birthday, but we were extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. I definitely won’t be coming back.
