Contribuiți la feedbackIf you value your time and money, I strongly advise against ordering from this location. It took an hour and a half for my food to arrive, and when I tried to cancel my order, nobody answered the phone at the restaurant.
I requested my pizza with light sauce and well done, but what I received was the exact opposite. It had the usual amount of sauce, if not more, and the cheese wasn't even fully melted, so it definitely wasn't cooked to my specification of well done. Additionally, this location often doesn't answer the phone. Their pizza makers and quality checkers could really use some serious training.
I’ve been ordering pizza from Domino's for 35 years without any issues. However, this time was different. I went to the store and ordered a carryout of their Extra Large New York Brooklyn Pizza. When I got home, I realized it was actually a large pizza. I called the Domino's manager, who insisted it was indeed Extra Large, not large. I measured the pizza myself and reached out to Domino's customer service. They informed me that the owner would be in touch with me, but I never received a call. This happened on June 11, 2022. Very disappointed in the professionalism of this store. I placed an order at 5:44pm for a large Meatza and a brownie. The estimated delivery time was 60-70 minutes. 2 hours and 10 minutes later the driver showed up with a lukewarm medium Meatza andno brownie. He was ungrudgingly apologetic and looked exhausted. I tried calling the store 7 times at the 75 minute mark withno response. The driver said he would return the store and get the brownie. I called the store after the driver left andexplained the situation. The employee that answered the phone put me on hold for 5 minutes and returned to say they were outof brownies, and would replace my order but would have to substitute the brownie for cinnamon twists. Another upset employeecould be heard being vulgar in the background. A few minutes later the driver calls and says they are out of brownies and willhave to refund a portion of my payment. I rerepeated what I was told by the employee I spoke with a few moments earlier. Hesounded confused and apologized and made the statement there was a communication error. They never returned to correct or refundthe order. I could say more, but I have said enough already. I will never order from them again. Choose another location if youorder from Dominos.
Need to get rid of the app if its inaccurate. Don't tell me my order is ready and when I walk in I have to wait another 10 minutes because you JUST put my order in the oven. Too busy making stuff for themselves instead of serving their customers.
