Potbelly is a great place to get a sandwich. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. A must try.

I was reluctant to stop because the ride thru looked busy, but I was 7 cars back and was back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Nothing like customer service that is efficient and respectful of your time. Host 656 was friendly, thanked me for my business, and delivered truly extraordinary customer service. I ordered the pastrami sandwich, she confirmed all the blows and would not hesitate to order it again. I had a lot of articles from this place and never disappointed them. If you are in the mood for a great sandwich, stop and try Potbelly at Loop 336 and I-45.

I mean for the ride thru, it's good, subway has a limited few drive thrus, I think of Potbelly see the need for an auto thru subway. But instead of spinning out and making it a favorable drive-thru, they have updated to a large subway drive thru. Very comparable prices for everything worth it, I am with the place. Potato

Oh, my God, this place is my new favorite place!! I love artichokes and they have a sandwich called Mediterranean that has artichokes, hummus, cucumbers, red paprika and feta that is AMAZING! Who came up with the putting of artichokes and hummus on a sandwich needs an increase and a high five!!

Been here a few times and for the most part it's been pretty good. My only issue is that they either run out of avocados or the avocado is hard but, that is the suppliers fault not the stores fault. They are quick with the preparation of the sandwiches. I had bread that literally fell apart making it hard to eat but, that's the only issue I've ever had that was the stores fault. I would recommend going here.
