Starbucks Coffee

Really bad. They leave the counters littered with half full gallons of milk which probably require refrigeration.

Busy location, new barista was not aware of my goto drink (venti Starbucks double shot over ice) the manager quickly helped her out with it...THX!

I have been going to Starbucks for about 2 years now. I even have their rewards card. Sometimes when me and my class mates need to talk about a meeting or something, we'd just go to Starbucks, order a coffee, spend half an hour discussing what we need to, and leave. But not this time. The coffee was ok, but by golly NOT THE SERVICE. I am not racist, please do not think I am, but everytime I ordered something, when a black person came up to me, they would be so rude and not care about anything. But when it was a white person, they took their time to properly understand what I wanted, and when they made mistakes, they took the time to listen to me and corrected it. I don't know if this is an issue here in the airport or Atlanta itself. Because at other Starbucks, it doesent matter if it is a black or white person, they both gave me good service and good coffee. Some people at this Starbucks are the true definition of racist. Please, save yourself the trouble and anger, go to a different Starbucks.

If i could give them no stars I would. The hot chocolate was chocolate water. The customer service was horrible! They dont attempt to spell ur name right the lady spelled my name as Raymond. Two other raymonds there but i was the raymond for the hot chocolate. My name doesnt even have an R in it. When i proceeded to correct her she completely dismissed me. Atlanta and the ppl in it suck. The Airport is the first representation of that. Smh

Who is in charge of this circus? The worst service I have ever recived at a Starbucks. It was beyond bad service. The workers were so rude it was appalling. When I ordered a London Fog she called it a back tea latte (that is what my receipt said). I questioned it because black tea and earl gray tea are DIFFERENT. She literally yelled at me and shooed me away with her hand and said “whatever”. Unbelievable.
