Baked beans are amazing! Combine the sauces on your bones for optimal enjoyment!
What a great rack of ribs. They do their ribs 'dry ' and they were just falling off the bone. Very carefully cooked, not overdone. I thought they did a great job in the smokehouse. They make their own unique sauces to put on them too. All of the sides had good character. Friendly folks working there. Great spot for take-away BBQ. Someone uploaded a photo of the menu so you can see what they have. FYI, the hours listed by Google Maps are not correct. And it 's Mrs. Betty 's House of Ribs, not Bouldercrest House of Ribs.
Call ahead a couple hours for smoked chicken wings!
