Panagopoulos Pizza - Comox

The pizza was delicious and arrived promptly after ordering. The staff was very friendly. I recently moved to the area and haven't found a comparable restaurant yet, which is why I give it a 4-star rating.

I ordered 7 pizzas to feed my family. Only 4 were delivered, two of which were the wrong pizza. When we called back to rectify the situation, they charged us for the 3 pizzas they missed. In total, we were charged $130 for the 7 pizzas and were double-charged for 3 of them. I would not recommend ordering takeout from this location.

GF pizza is difficult to do. It wasn't too bad. Solid 3.5 out of 5. Very fast. I placed my order online and it was ready before the ETA time. Good customer service when I went for pick up. A little expensive but GF usually costs more. I'll say it might be smart to check out the local competition for GF crust (Islander only charges $3 for the substitution, Panago is charging $4).

Ah Panago, my old friend! Kept me fed those lazy days when cooking or even shopping was too much of a bother. As far as chain pizza businesses are concerned, I only buy from Panago. They have a great selection and more importantly their choices lean toward the healthier side of the scale. Pizzas are delicious, flavourful, and come in several sizes including my personal favourite, personal size (just big enough for one person and a lot cheaper than small size). All in all, if you're health conscious and craving pizza, you can't go wrong with getting it from Panago.

When you ask for a Margherita pizza and they don't know what you're talking about? Coming from UK and having lived in Europe, a pizza should be simple but full of flavour. Too many toppings and you just get conflictions of flavour. Yet I ordered a pizza that was bland in flavour and drowning in cheese. Not my idea of a quality pizza. Staff are nice though.
