Insomnia Cookies - Allendale

Best darn cookies I've ever had! The only reason I gave less than 5 stars is because of the man who waited on us. So unprofessional and unfriendly. We told him about the location downtown that only had online orders and couldn't buy any. Noresponse or thank you have a good night. Nothing.

Fresh warm cookies, great variety and ... yep, very addictive!!!

I ordered online a brownie with sprinkles and an ice cream sandwich to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. The shift manager cancelled my order without letting me know, because she said they had no ice cream. After waiting 50 minutes for adelivery that never came, I called the Allendale location inquiring about my order. The shift manager was very short, snippy andabrupt with me telling me she called me twice to tell me she cancelled my order and refunded my money. I explained how Ireceived NO message about my order, I saw NO refund on my online banking record, and could I place an order with her to bedelivered now. Again, very abrupt and short, she said ? NO, we don?t take orders over the phone. I need to order online?. I said?after the poor experience I had with my first online order, why would I order online again?? I then asked to speak with amanager which she told me he had left for the day. My daughter never received her birthday delivery from Insomnia. This was my1st and last time I would EVER order or do business with the ALLENDALE, Michigan Insomnia Cookie Company. I feel sorry forANYONE who orders from them in the future.

The cookies are soo good! The ice cream is good as well. Love it here

As an insomniac, I come here often. Upon entrance, Aidan recognized me and greeted me by name, then proceeded to ask if I would like to order my usual, an oatmeal raisin cookie. It?s nice to have a personalized experience at one of my favorite late nightendeavors, and I must say that Aidan has made me feel like a valued customer every time.
