Finally found an amazing authentic Jamaican spot in the springs !!! Food?????

So, I ordered at 6:45 pm. I know they close at 8, but I thought that wasn't too late to order. The dude literally put cold chicken in a styrofoam container and handed it to me. I got the chicken and ox tails, so the containers were put in plastic. It seemed barely warm, but I didn't think to check it before I left. I only drove 5 minutes down the road and the food was cold cold. All of it. The flavor of the meat seemed okay. The cabbage had no seasoning. The rice and peas tasted like it sat out since they opened that morning. Unfortunately, really disappointed.

I have eaten here about once a week for the last 3 years. Food is always fresh, and very well done. You can tell he loves cooking for us and it’s made with love.

This food was so nasty and non authentic tasting. The platanos were hard. Every bite I took It had brittle bones. It also had like a burnt taste to eat. I was so damn dissatisfied and disappointed because I loooove Jamaican food.
