328 Taphouse Grill - Colwood

Ordered a burger and fries from Skip. Needless to say I was disappointed. The food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive at my door (I live about 10 minutes away and the driver didn't take the long way). When it arrived the lettuce was nasty (see photo), the fries were soggy, the pretzel bun was stale, the meat overcooked and it felt like the entire dish had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I understand food taking a little longer during busy periods but the lack of care and attention that went into this meal is not good. The entire meal went into the trash. I doubt I'll ever recommend the food here. Edit: Since having posted this I have sent an email as requested. It has been over a month without having received a response (I have checked my spam folder as well) which tells me that they are less concerned about dealing with their problems and are replying to reviews to make it look like they care.

Who would have thought that blue cheese, roasted garlic, and a balsamic reduction belonged together on a pizza? Not me! I ordered it out of sheer curiosity. I was astonished at how good it was. I ate very last bite; usually I take food home with me. Lots of parking around back, attentive staff, and a lovely experience.

Just ordered through skip the dishes. Took over am hour, all of the food is ICE cold, cheese isn't melon the pizza, there is like 8 tenny tiny chunks of tuna in the wonton appy $15!!! Absolutely terrible food. I am so disappointed, won't be ordering again. Very high prices for what we got!

Great place for beer, but expect average bar food. Lots of craft beer options though! The staff were great, and the manager worked fast to resolve some issues we had with orders. The interior is modern and clean and would be great to hang out and watch sports.

Took a bit to get seated, we. Almost left because we were under a bit of a time crunch. Glad we didn't because the food was worth the wait. Our server was very accommodating. Service remained a bit slow but they seemed to be busier than the staff could handle. No one was standing around. The food more than made up for any gripe I had about the service. Ceasar salad was fresh, crunchy and not over-dressed. The calamari was lightly breaded and not over-cooked and the nachos were generous and delicious.
