No customer service at all. Boyfriend and I stood at the front looking at three employees walk up and down. Finally after multiple eye contacts with the employees and no greeting I went up to all three of them asked if we could sit ourselves or? The man with the pony tail completely ignored me never even turned back to see me. The other young man attempted to tell me, but a woman who appeared to be supervisor informed me they were short staffed and I needed a reservation. They had two guests seated in the whole restaurant. Good customer service goes a long way. If you're in the area, visit Granzellas instead. You won't be disappointed ? great people good food!

Our first time to eat here as VIP guests. We were impressed on how the service went. Not feeling of being rushed , servers were pleasant . So we were served with the salad which was really good. surf and turf dinner wasn't impressive at all , the steak was dry but the stuffed shrimp with lobster has really good taste only the shrimp again was dry. Then the dessert , its eggnog cheesecake. It tasted good but it was crumbly upon slicing it. Hot chocolate i liked it. I mean whats not to like . Ambiance was nice !

First-rate ambience and very personal service. The meals were crisp and enchanting. Will absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Affordable rates and generous portions. Keep it up.

Didn't get menus when seated, asked for water and never got it, took over 1 hour to be served main entrees

Best food, super nice employees, consistently awesome character. They charge convenient prices and the food quality is fantastic. Highly recommended.
