Penn Station East Coast Subs - Columbus

Loved it. For a long time, their Teriyaki Chicken subs were delicious, but once in a while because they were too salty. They seem to have corrected this, the one I had last night was delicious. My only regret is not having added banana peppers

I was in Columbus for a few days on vacation and this spot was near the hotel where I stayed, so I decided to walk over and try them..... when I tell you I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of food. Being a southerner, we are usually out of our element in big cities when it comes to customer service (i.e. it's fast-paced in the city), but this place really surprised me. Keep upu the great service and great tasting food. The Cheesesteak was so good, I went back a 2nd to try the teriyaki chicken sub.

Penn Station had a decent Philly Cheese Steak. It is short o. Amount of meat, but tastes pretty good. How ever it does not compare to an Authentic Philly.

I had a bad experience in December, I came in today to purchase a sub and speak to the manager Nick about it. Nick was extremely busy but took time out to be patient and hear my side. Not only did he help me with great customer service and with a smile. He was very kind. I asked about employment. I love the food his employees were very happy to be a part of the team. I will always eat here because of great people like Nick. We need more people like him. I've never had an issue with Penn Station. But the one I did have Nick fixed it. I'm an extremely happy customer. Thanx so much Nick.
