Mcdonald's - Columbus

I am shocked that this place is still in business. Their milkshake machine is always broken. The employees appear unhappy to be working there. I paid for cheese and it was missing from my order. The sandwiches look haphazardly put together. They consistently make you wait in the drive-thru and act as if it is your fault for the delay. SMH. Food: 3/5.

I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant on July 1, 2023 and ordered two Quarter Pounder with Cheese meals, two McDouble sandwiches, and a medium fry. Both of the Quarter Pounders were extremely greasy, to the point where the bread was soaked with grease and there was about a half inch of grease in the box. I was surprised to find that the patties were raw, not just undercooked. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt for my $29 order. I expected better quality for the price, at the very least properly cooked meat. SMH.

Avoid visiting this restaurant at night. The staff is unprofessional and incompetent. The line is often extremely long, causing many cars to leave. The drive-thru service is slow, with customers waiting up to half an hour to place their order. On multiple occasions, I have received incorrect or incomplete orders, such as missing condiments and napkins. Recently, I ordered one large Fanta and two large iced teas, but was given three large Fantas instead. When I addressed the mistake, the staff member insisted that was what I had ordered. The quality of the drinks was also subpar, with some appearing watered down. Despite attempting to address these issues, it is clear that the management does not prioritize customer satisfaction. In light of these experiences, I have opted to take my business to alternative fast food chains such as Burger King and Taco Bell.

I ordered a meal on the app, paid for it through paypal got there at 6:30 am they said they were closed. Then I saw two guys walking out and asked them if they are closed during morning shift Im headed to work and they said they dont know but they are off asked them then pointed towards the inside with like 3 people insinde. Never Again

While I was there eating with my grandchildren one of the cashiers kept goofing around with other employees calling them Spanish cuss words, which my grandchildren then asked about.Not a good place to take small children.
