Mcdonald's - Columbus

The worst. The Asain Indian guy kept interrupting me. When I told him the screen was incorrect he told me it's because it's messed up pull around. When I got to the window to pay a Manger had to be called to redo my order because I was completely different from what I asked for. I had to ask for my tea that came with my meal 3 times. After pulling off getting back on the highway my tea tasted like coffee had been mixed in it. Never saw or spoke with the person that took my order.

I work in the food industry, and I have also worked at McDonald's before. I understand the pain and the exhaustion of it. So when I waited 30+ minutes behind 2 cars for a 10 piece nugget meal, I understood. I also understand sometimes your alone and there is a lot for you to do by yourself. But I really wish I wouldn't have noticed the man making our food was not taking off gloves to handle money. This meaning he was wearing the same gloves to make multiple orders of food (okay no biggie) but he was then touching horribly dirty money, then food, then money and so on. That is repulsive, I don't think I'm gonna eat it lol.

Just as the other one is, this is a disgrace. I drove her from 15 minutes away because they don't know how to give correct information over the phone. I'm a third shift employee at Cummins. I called this place tonight because the one over by my job was down (yet again, third shift sucks there). The gentleman said they were open and all was good. As I had already wasted part of my lunch driving to the first one, I placed a mobile order on the way over to help speed up time. I pull up to the drive thru, far lane. I'm behind a truck, he sits there for about five minutes and I assume her ordered then he pulled up. So I did. Waited for another 5 minutes, no greeting or anything. As I'm about to pull around, a car pulls up in the other lane and they are greeted immediately. So I pull around the building and get behind them. I was promptly greeted in this lane and when I said my mobile order, the dude was very rude and said he could do mobile orders. Frustrating, but I get it. So I order mine and my coworkers food. Guy gives me the total, I pull around. Sit and wait yet another 5 minutes and when I get up to the window, I go to hand my card to the gentleman and he rudely stated that they are cash only right now, as they always are, and he cannot take my card. Bullshit! Bullshit bullshit bullshit. He couldn't have told me at the speaker? An entire lunch wasted on shitty McDonald's because it's the only place open. What a joke- both McDonald's in this town are ridiculous. Do better.

They serve breakfast from 6 am until whatever time they feel like stopping. Pull up at 10:10, they’re likely to tell you that they’re no longer serving breakfast and that it doesn’t matter if the sign says 10:30. Great job, guys (not really)

A cheeseburger ordered only tweebels, a cheeseburger has everything without tweebels. had to hunt the drinks. beautiful building, would be a good fast food restaurant.
