First and foremost my order was wrong and secondly this extra thin crust pizza that I received was not acceptable. This order was a pickup and yet when I returned to my home me and my children spent more time drinking water to prevent ourselves fromchoking. Maybe their focus is on the specialty pizzas but I would consider the focus being on overall customer satisfaction as Iam extremely dissatisfied by my experience and this is not been one dissatisfying experience but two to three or fourdissatisfying experiences and therefore I shall no longer support such an establishment that has poor regards towards thecustomer. A message to management..... Do not respond with your non humiliated apologies as you are well aware of your lack ofproduction in regards to quality of dining experience from ordering to offering specialties and offering suggestions tostaffing. Close your doors is that will be the best way that you can support this community.
They DO NOT offer curbside pickup! I tried their food and service, and while the food was decent—better than Pizza Hut—the main reason I chose Lost Pizza was because their website mentioned curbside pickup. When I called to let them know I had arrived, I was informed that this service was not available. I mentioned the information on their website, and the young man on the phone said he would bring my order out, but he never did. Eventually, I had to go inside to pick it up myself.
In response to your reply: Yes, I'm confident that I don't have COVID-19; it was simply a poorly made pizza. It seems this is a recurring issue at this location, and it feels like you're more focused on pushing away new customers instead of addressing the problem. I've visited several other Lost Pizza locations and had great experiences, but I won't be returning to this one. I've been there twice—the first visit was forgettable, and the second prompted this review. If you care about improving, it might be time to consider retraining or replacing the cooks. If not, you may find it hard to sustain your business. Best of luck to you.
I tried Lost for the first time, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. I ordered a small "build your own" pizza with extra pepperoni and onion, which cost me $11. As you can see from the photo, it definitely wasn’t worth it. The pizza was so small that it felt more like an individual size rather than a small. I only had ONE... I repeat, ONE piece of pepperoni on each slice—except for one slice where I had NONE. I paid an extra $3 for the pepperoni, but it seems like if you order the regular option, you'll only get one piece for the entire pizza. While the flavor was decent, it just didn’t justify the price.
