Contribuiți la feedbackThe customer service at this chick-fil-a is horrible. It felt as if there was a problem for me even coming here and I don’t know any of the employees. Jason Adams or James Adams was the operator that worked on the drive thur and took my order. When we was waiting for the car in front of us to take our order he looked back at myself and family and gave his an intimidating look. I never been to a chick-fil-a like this. When he took my order he was just mumbling and he kept cutting me off. The atmosphere at this location is not professional at all. None of the employees greeted me and it seemed that they all had an issue. A region manager needs to come to this site. Jason Adams didn’t even let me know my payment method failed and when we got to the window they kept giving me wrong orders. I was ignored when pulled up to them.
Whoever owns this restaurant does not have the Chik-Fil-A customer service skills. No one greeted me as I walked through the door. Took an extra 30 minutes to get food. Trash all over the floor and behind the counter. I was door dashing for a customer and their food was not sealed up right. I said something to a female Korean woman and she told me, this establishment doesn’t do those things. I will not be visiting this one ever again

I Love Chick-fil-A, But I went to get my order and they said I was at the wrong Chick-fil-A, So I drove all the way to the other Chick-fil-A and they said I was supposed to go to the Chick-fil-A I was at the 1st Time Gas is Not Cheap ?
I placed a mobile order. Went inside to pick up my order. I asked Bryce if I can have the drinks for my order while I wait on the food. He asked my name, I showed him my order in the app and let him know I wanted light ice(which I did put on the order as well). He went and made my drinks, put it on the back counter and then walked right past me. I didn’t say anything until he proceeded to walk past me again without my drinks again, mind you he made them and placed them placed on counter. When he was going back behind the counter I asked for my drinks again. He then goes to my drinks, says something to the guy making the food and said something to him and they both looked at me and laughed. I didn’t see anything funny but something was obviously funny to him and his coworker. Not the experience I expected. This is not my normal location and I will not be back. I did have to get my drinks remade because they were not made with light ice. Bryce, work on your customer service.
