Papa John's Pizza - Colorado Springs

Don't do any mobile orders through 3rd party apps (Door dash/UberEats) from this location! They purposely made us wait an excessive amount of time. The order consisted of only a 10 inch pizza and garlic knots. When I walked in they said it would be a 30 minute wait and he had just started the order. I waited 15 minutes, and went back inside to check on it and he said once again that he was just starting on it. Meanwhile both times I went in, there were no other orders he was currently working on.

Get no pizza from here! my friends got twice food poisoning from this place! get pizza from everywhere else.

The employees were nice. But didnt care about not cussing in front of my 6 year old daughter, and they had bugs...lots of bugs...dead and alive. My daughter wouldn't eat the pizza because of it and I dont blame her. It was gross and we will be switching locations.

The food was good but we ordered from door dash, papa johns charged us the delivery fee when they did not deliver it.

The pizza is always so fresh. they get it here so fast and are always so friendly. we recommend this location.
