Beautiful place, very good food, but for us the experience was wrong, they took our order wrong and brought a bigger meat than what we ordered... We had never been there and so we didn't get the difference... When it came time to pay they asked for a higher value than we had calculated... I said there was a mistake and pointed out the dish ordered on the menu, they called the waiter who, in short, told me that I was the one who ordered wrong (it's that old story about the customer never being right , then out of nowhere The owner came and rudely told me that I would get my meal for free, in a sarcastic tone, telling me to just pay for the drinks. I said that I wasn't a scammer, nor was I poor enough to eat for free and that it wasn't just about money, but about respect, so the owner asked me if I didn't know a cut of meat, (really? I became a meat roaster! ... I said I wouldn't leave the place until I paid for exactly what I consumed! Thank the good father in heaven, the guy at the back of the line, our table neighbor, interrupted and said that he heard us ordering and that he ordered the same as us and his plate actually came smaller!!!!!!!!! Then the attendant's face fell, who insisted that he wasn't going to charge me anything, I took the machine from his hand, typed in the more than 300 reais that gave my bill, paid and left without ANY apology... but. with the owner staring at me as if my insistence on paying was a shame! The food is good, the atmosphere is beautiful, but they don't know how to deal with problems... Are you seriously going to lose money because my plate was just smaller?! I won't be coming back!
