What a letdown! A place we used to adore turned into a disaster, all thanks to a single employee who completely disrupted our repeated visits. Although I'm tempted to mention the manager's name, I don't wish to jeopardize someone's livelihood. Instead, I strongly urge the hotel to focus on training their staff in handling situations professionally and courteously. Customers should never be treated poorly or made to feel worthless. This unfortunate incident occurred during my friend's engagement, which started off wonderfully but ended in disappointment due to a billing issue that was insignificant. There's a clear explanation for why this billing issue occurred, and I'd prefer not to discuss it in this review. However, I would gladly share the details with the senior management of the hotel. Moreover, I believe the hotel owes an apology to my friend, who had to endure this unpleasant experience on their special day. It's disheartening to think that what should have been a joyous celebration was marred by the behavior of a single employee. It's crucial to instill in your employees the understanding that customers should always be a top priority, and anyone within the premises should be treated as a valued customer. This experience has left a sour taste, and I sincerely hope that the hotel takes appropriate measures to address this. We genuinely want to continue enjoying this beautiful place without a single employee tarnishing the wonderful memories we once had.

This is the best place to stay in the middle of the city. The rooms are very clean and nice, and the staff is very friendly. They are willing to arrange anything we want through negotiation. The food is good and reasonably priced, but it takes a long time to receive our order. Overall, everything is fine with me.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary by staying at this hotel. I have to say that everything was superb. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions in Colombo. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a specially decorated bed, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend the wonder hotel. Because I enjoy it a lot. As soon as we got to the hotel, we had a warm welcome. We had a room with a sea view. As soon as I went to the room, I fell in love with the pictures drawn on the walls of the room. The room was designed for a different kind of culture, so it was a new experience for us. We looked at the sea view and had seafood for dinner from the room. I give a lot of thanks to wonder hotel for providing such a beautiful experience.

I visited this restaurant a few days ago for a business meeting. The package cost Rs. 10,000.00 for two people. Starting with the positives, the hotel is conveniently located in Colombo 03 and easy to access. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and attractive wall art. Our room had a beautiful sea view. On the downside, the rooms were not soundproof. There was a loud mechanical noise from construction work in a nearby room which was very disruptive. Additionally, the telephone in our room was broken, so we had to use our mobile phones to order lunch. It took a long time for the hotel to answer our call. The lunch menu only offered three options: Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Noodles, and Chicken Burgers with Coke or Sprite, with no dessert options. The Chicken Fried Rice I ordered was overly salty and not worth the high price we paid.
