Sonic Drive-in - Collinsville

Every time I order a coney and add onions they NEVER put them on it. Its so disappointing that a simple order cant be done correctly.

The SONIC Cheeseburger might be my favorite fast food burger! I just tried one for the first time and the flavors and ratio of meat/toppings/bread was excellent!

I'm pretty sure they microwaved my fries with a slice of cheese on top. Absolutely disgusting. The chilli cheese dog was good though.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken slinger combo and a chicken sandwich combo. The service was fine but I was in for an unpleasant surprise when I got home. My daughter who by the way loves chicken unwraps her sandwich to take the pickles off and she says, mom, do I have to eat this? I looked at her sandwich to inspect it and it looked awful. The chicken was fried but the grease not drained and the mayo was now a clear color. The bun was burned. After looking at her chicken I suddenly lost my appetite and it 's a good thing I did. My chicken sandwich was loaded with brown lettuce and again enough oil left on it that you the mayo was clear. I am very upset that I paid for food that couldn 't be eaten. I think ALL of these fast food places need to get back to what made restaurants successful.

We waited at the stall for 15 minutes with no help, so we hit the button again and waited 5 more minutes and then left.
