Papa Johns Pizza - Collinsville

I order from here almost once a week. It is my son's favorite pizza place. Everytime I use rewards they use less toppings and deliver it late(i place my orders ahead of time so they will be on time). I don't know if it is company policy to drop thequality when using rewards but that is what they do.

If you want your order delivered after waiting for two hours and then your driver decides to cancel your order because he claims he couldnt find your address or even attempt to make contact with you by phone then go ahead and order from here! Service istrash and so are the workers. Except for maybe the one guy I spoke with! The woman was a sarcastic one who chose to hang up onme instead of helping me because she claims I was hostile but who wouldn 't be after waiting that long to feed their kids! Iorder from here to often. I suppose pizza hut or dominos will have to do from now on!

These absolute giga-chads went out of their way to hand-deliver a single pizza to me, an overnight worker in Glen Carbon, all the way from Collinsville (Glen Carbon store is undergoing renovations currently).They did this in a timely manner, pizza still hot, prep and presentation impeccable, and all handled with the utmost grace.I failed to get the manager and delivery driver’s names, but you guys have my eternal gratitude. Hats off to you, boys .-sincerely,a very happy customer.

Busy evening, and the pick-up times were off, but everyone was working . No one was just standing around. So I had to wait a little, but u was fine with that.

Great pizza. Have to park and pick up your pizza though.
