Denny's - Collinsville

I wanna say the waitress was knew.......but that doesn't excuse her from keeping the customer at ease......which was not the case here.....me and my girlfriend were a bit hungry so we stayed.......Dennys being one of our favorite on the road restaurants.....Thumbs down....maybe next time

This place is horrible. The past 3 times I’ve come here, the place is completely empty and yet our food still takes over a hour to recieve. Then when I get the food, it’s been messed up anyway and I have to wait another 30 mins for replacement. All this while the place is completely empty. The kitchen area is blaring music with profanity too the max. This place needs shut down or restaffed. I’ll drive 50 miles away before I’ll ever spend another dollar at this place.

Loved my experience. Clean store, clean bathrooms, very nice waitresses, food was delicious and hot. Was seen quickly and received our fresh food promptly. Wonderful time. Will be back.

The service and food was great.The waitress was excellent.

I came into Dennys starving and walked into a ton of people waiting for a table on a Friday night. I thought yep I'm going to be here forever.... but nope the manager (red head lady) was on it getting people seated served and out the door before I knew it I was at my table with my friends eating the best burger I've had in I don't know how long. Just want to say thanks to the manager for getting us in so quickly.
