The store is not clean food is on the floor as you go in and on the floor in the back. The staff does not follow the instructions very well. I asked her not to cut the Burrito. The person who took my order, I said? When my burrito was finished, the person who made the food was just before cutting the burrito. I had to scream out of the store and say don?t cut the burrito. Also where two flies are flying around the place. I came here yesterday and the same with the flies. Not good to see these two days in a row. Next I order a chocolate chip cook and after the order there was no chocolate chip cook. Not the biggest deal breaker, but you can see that there are some issues with providing a good customer service. Then I wondered to talk to a manager and the young worked, although the situation was a joke and looked at me as if I had the attitude when I was the one who paid for my meal. The reason they have a job is because customers pay like my own. The date of this transaction is 8/182022 at 4:45. I'm following the management and I could call companies. This place has lost my business.

I love everything about Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They have large low calorie choices that are very tasteful and fulfill. Great staff and a cool environment. On numerous occasions I was greeted by the franchise owners who complemented the charm of every place.
I?m giving them 2 stars because they were quick. But, I?ve came here twice and each time, my smoothie was very icy and watered down. Also, the smoothies are never blended properly?
