Frisch's Big Boy - Cold Spring

Kid-friendliness: Waitress was very helpful with kids options.

Even though we got here at 9 our server Jacob was very gracious.

Jacoh was amazing in the cold spring store! He joked with us and we enjoyed him being our waiter!

The salad bar was fresh. I was supposed to have the special, salad bar and Patty melt for $7.99. The patty melt was horrible. They over charged my bill, when brought to the cashier's attention, they just said too late it's already been rung up. Oh, the server dropped a glass of water down my back. We didn't see him the rest of the evening. We won't go back.

Breakfast bar was delicious, hot, well stocked and maintained. Our server Keith deserves more than just five stars! From the moment we walked in, his warm smile and impeccable service made our dining experience exceptional. He was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back, thanks to his outstanding service!
