McDonald's - Cobourg

I ordered three ice cream cones for my children and myself. The girl making them seemed to be struggling, as the cones were leaning and very small. I was surprised by the quality of the cones. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, she gave me a rude look, muttered something under her breath, and threw the cones in the garbage. I couldn't believe it - how can a manager not even make a simple ice cream cone?

We made a quick stop at this place on our way back to Toronto for affordable gas. We also decided to stop here for a coffee break. The convenience and speedy service were excellent. Overall, a great experience!

Red... easy order......Muffin/Coffee Deal....... I get the tea instead of.........Teabag on the side, I'm gonna put it in, Craberry muffin double heated 2 butter................ I open my bag to double check, muffin not heated... Window is already closed..had to wait....they wouldn't take the bag back to heat the muffin out I went out.what they should have done was offered another one like what I had paid. No... not just say they couldn't take it back... they want to hurry for the next.. No excuse, no offer for another.... Kant's going in, just going through was open, who wants to wait to order another? Lousy service but these servers have more than enough time to chat with each other instead of getting things right! and this is not the first time that happened!

Went through the drive thru this morning. The girl who took my order gave me my total and nothing else. No $7.22 please or 7.22 drive up to the first window. The icing on the cake was that they gave me the wrong sandwich and...the hash brown was under cooked. Next time, oh wait there won't be a next time.

Went to go get a shammer. but buddy said no ice cream. i asked him if they could do other milkshakes but he repeated that they had no ice cream. this made me very upset because i rlly wanted to try a shammer. i will...not be returning due to the unreliability of their equipment and rude, unhelpful staff.
