1️⃣ Yu Yue Braised Beef Noodles - The ingredients in the beef noodles here include beef shank and beef tripe. The beef tripe is brightly colored and has a refreshing texture, while the beef shank is firm and of good quality. The soup and noodles here are served separately, and the staff recommends taking a sip of the soup first. 2️⃣ Scallion Oil Tossed Noodles - The scallion oil tossed noodles here are excellent, with the fragrance of scallion oil and oil completely showcased in this Taiwanese noodle dish. In the past, when eating scallion oil noodles, you would only taste the scallion and oil, but the flavor of using scallion as a base for the oil is unique to this place.
Pretty good taiwanese beef shank/tripe noodles. Thin noodles tossed in sauce and soup served separately in a teapot. $70. Minced meat tofu $27. Lava egg $12.
Food: 8/10 - The ingredients are fresh and the flavors have a Taiwanese twist. There are also many options for appetizers. Highly recommend the soft-boiled eggs and chicken wings. Ambiance: 6/10 - The restaurant is clean and hygienic but seating is limited, only around 12 seats. Price: 10/10 - The quality of food is considered good value for the price. Service: 7/10 - The staff are friendly but due to limited seating, there may be some waiting time. Overall: 7.75/10 - This restaurant is popular on social media so there is often a queue. It is not open every day and may close early if food sells out. Check their Facebook page for the latest updates and try to visit during off-peak hours to avoid disappointment.
Terrible service, have minimum charge which is one bowl of noodle per person, no exception for toddlers.
