So good sushi has been difficult to find in Oak Ridge. Until this place. Recommendations The grinch rolls, avocado roll, crunchy shrimp tempura roll, vegetable tempura and the ramen!!!! Love this place and will continue to go there. As a reminder that looks can be deceiving

This was a treat! I live nearby but have only visited this restaurant a few times. Today, I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, spicy beef noodle soup.The portion was generous (enough for three meals) and the broth was amazing with thick chunks of slow-cooked beef.The owner told me she gets unlimited beef bones from a local farmer and cooks the bone broth for 12 hours and doesn’t freeze it. You can tell. The broth is high quality and very tasty, probably the best Vietnamese soup in the Knoxville area and also great service.I was there early. But around noon, a bunch of people from Knoxville drove in for lunch. Check this place out if you’re in the area.

Today is my birthday. And we came here. It's by the water. They're very friendly. We got our food and I was absolutely amazed. The Miso soup was ...OMG perfect. My taste buds were very happy. I'm definitely going back and have told my friends about you guys.. hope you stay open. Best Birthday. I’ve been here twice, once when they first opened and once two weeks ago. Both times were a disaster. The first time, they brought my husband sea food after we told him he was allergic and requested rolls with no shell fish in it. They didn’t bring out the other two dishes correctly either. We had asked for sauces like 3 times and never gotIt until we were leaving. I also was here 2 weeks ago and the place was filthy. Tables hadn’t been wiped down. The waiter was sick coughing, sneezing, and not washing hands before bringing drinks and food. The food is okay, but I could not get passed the possible germs I was ingesting. It was incredibly hot inside last time I went and the time before that it was winter time and it was freezing so I guess they have no air or heat.
