Wendy's - Cleveland Heights

The fries were terrible, as it was clear they had not cleaned their fryer. They were covered in charred bits and tasted burnt. We had to wait at the door for our food, and when it was brought out to us, it was tossed at us without care. The service was awful, and my cookie was missing. I do not recommend this Wendy's at all, even though I usually enjoy their food at other locations.

This Wendy's is the worst I've ever been to. The woman at the register was incredibly rude, continuously ignoring the line of customers and making it seem like the customers were the problem.
