Bob Evans - Cleveland

It was good but I found hair in my pancakes but they were good about it but still it took my day away

Only thing I had issue with was my hot chocolate it was really sweet too much whipped cream other than that everything was good

Waitress was friendly but that’s about all we got. My family of 5 came in before two larger parties and we received our orders way after they did. After getting the appetizers it was over a half hour before we received our order and it wasn’t busy. The kids food came out mostly fine but could tell it had sat under a heat lamp for a significant amount of time, my fiancé and I received our food about 10 minutes after the kids and it was burnt and dried out. Probably wouldn’t recommend this Bob Evan’s to anyone.

The service was great. Accommodating us with special needs. Good food and atmosphere.

Food honestly seemed under-cooked and I got seated by some swearing Christian who couldn't keep his mouth shut long enough to eat. Service was on par. It was too early to complain to the staff or get worked up over a simple breakfast, but I won't be back to this location. A miss for me as Bob Evans can be MUCH better.
