Enough is enough. Your aisles are packed with in store shoppers, your shelves are decimated, store is a mess, workers are rude now and your parking spots are filled with delivery people. Time to take my to Trader Joe's. Wegmans is on its way. When you are ready for people to come in and shop let the world know. And you are not cheap.
I've been getting the smoked mozzarella pasta salad for years. I was really disappointed that my portion I had delivered had no mozzarella, no greens, and one small piece of red pepper. It was basically penne in mayonnaise. I'm just gonna throw it out. Bummer.
3 stars because of the variety and choices, but the customer service is severely lacking. This is the worst Whole Foods I've been in, and it's due to the staff's attitudes and disgusting bathroom. Get it together people.
I 've had mixed experiences lately at the Chapel Hill Whole Foods Market. On the whole, fellow customers are great at maintaining social distancing, but the staff on the floor have not. They squeeze between customers, reach over shoulders to stock, and, on two occasions have bumped into me because they are in such a hurry. Last week, after driving 25 minutes to the Chapel Hill store, I walked up to find a closed sign on the door. The store should have been open. Lots of people were standing around, all as dismayed as I. Because I did not want to drive home if they were going to open again soon, I called the store to get an idea of when they would reopen. No one answered the phone. I called three more times. Finally, someone said they were having an emergency and hung up on me. I went home. Later, I was talking to my daughter who is friends with someone at the store. She told me not to shop there for awhile, because they are continuing to have more cases and several workers are not coming in, fearful of becoming infected themselves. I also heard they are no longer offering hazard pay to their employees? I think Whole Foods needs to be upfront with the public about what is going on. Whole Foods is my favorite grocery store, but something is amiss.
