Don Pancho Villa Market - Clearwater

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Clearwater. The salsa roja served at the table is absolutely addictive, and the tacos are incredibly flavorful! I tried the Lengua and Al Pastor tacos. There's a grocery store at the front, and the restaurant is located in the back. The agua frescas are really refreshing; my favorite is the Melone (cantaloupe).

This restaurant is a charmingly authentic Mexican house! The food is absolutely fantastic and they consistently maintain high quality. It's quite popular, so be prepared to wait for a table if you're not patient. I highly recommend trying the meat, Mexican bread, aguas frescas, cakes, and much more. I definitely suggest checking out this place!

The food is good, but the staff is not very friendly if you don't speak Spanish. You can easily get your order when you speak English. Again and again I observe their interactions with customers who speak Spanish and smile and observe their demeanor. It is the complete opposite of your speaking English. I may have eaten 10 times this year alone and never had a friendly experience. I order from here for my nurses and they get an attitude if you have a big order.

Authentic Mexican food and worth the trip. Go way back behind the store. Reasonable prices too.
