Hwy 42 Cafe Hershey's Ice Cream

The food is amazing, the service is awesome. Came in and got the cheddar cheese bagel, and an oat milk latte. The lady at the register was very kind and helpful, will definitely be returning for more morning

I'm a regular at Hwy 42 Cafe Hershey's Ice Cream, but our recent visit left much to be desired. On this occasion, my boyfriend and I had an unfortunate encounter with an incredibly rude employee. While ordering ice cream, my boyfriend wasn't given the option of choosing between a cone or a cup. However, when he asked for a cone, the employee's response was shockingly impolite. He literally told my boyfriend that he should have mentioned his preference earlier, in an extremely rude manner. This experience cast a shadow on what is usually an enjoyable cafe.

Great experience at hwy 42 Cafe. The staff was friendly, price was fair, and service was fast. Very convenient location.

I ordered the brownie rolled ice cream with mini M&Ms and it was great. Also ordered a Nutella and strawberry bagel on a French toast bagel for breakfast the next day and it was fantastic. Can't wait to try some of their sandwiches next time.

4th morning visit. NEVER have donuts! Never interested in making more. The only glazed left tasted DAYS old. Staff did/do not care about your customer experience. Just but a box of Entemanns. They'll taste better and you'll have them . Shameful. Avoid.
