White Castle - Clarksville

The woman at the drive through handed me my food and acted like I wasn't even there. Got home and took a 2 bites out of my food before I realized it was raw. That's pretty bad considering how processed the food is. Go some where eles, these ppl aren't trained right or they don't care

My experience at the Clarksville, TN. location was not good. The cashier was not pleasant at all. Every available table was not cleaned and the sliders were sloppy with the meat hanging out of the bun. I have been going to White Castle for many years and this is the first one that was very disappointing.

Seems like when I go to White Castle, which isn't very often. I always want to try new menu items. They are always out. This time was the sloppy Joe's.

Went thru drive thru. The only issue was we ordered a coke. It was a diet but seemed crossed with Dr. Pepper. We were in the mood for their burgers and they do not have White Castles near us. The burger were good.

Ordered a meal with small cheeseburgers, no condiments were added at all, asked for unsweetened tea received sweet tea, wanted onion rings instead of fries they were cooked in old grease. The staff apparently doesn’t pay attention to what the customers order. Very nasty and was disappointed. Will not be back.
