Shogun Japanese Steakhouse - Clarksburg

Eating was decent, but I don't remember ever feeling so unintentional in a restaurant. at 9:20 a.m. while we finish our meal, the waiter approached and told us that they close in 5 minutes. all online accounts said they closed at 10 o'clock, but fine. at 9:25 she came back and reminded us of the closing time. From there she stood 10-20 feet away and stared at us all the time and obviously tried to leave us. at last, at 9:37 we gave up and let drink unfinished. this after throwing $100 for eating and a generous tip. short version we will not be back.

Steak over boiled and barely edible. that was not much better. the garnels on the other side was amazing, but I can't get to leave 3 stars when 2 out of the three weren't good. the server, destiny was very thinly spread and has not all our orders right, but it was very busy so I can not really say that it was totally her fault. she kept our drinks full the most time. I'm honestly not sure I'd go back.

While I could usually eat here today, it was just terrible. the chef burned my fiancée, the waitress and manager called me a lügner. And then the nerve had to try to calculate the full price. they made it wrong twice. it is our jubilee and I couldn't eat with her. most restaurants, when these happen many mess-ups, give a full refund for eating. but no! I am disappointed and very upset. I love eating here, but today was the last time. it is worth simply driving after fusion in morgantown. they managed to make it easy! I'm livid.

We called ahead to ask if they could do gluten free. They said yes. I assumed that they meant that they had gluten free soy sauce or something. They did not. They made my meal in the kitchen, so I did not get any sort of show. They did not add any sort of soy sauce, or any seasoning at all, not even salt. This was $15. They did not even salt it. This is hospice food.
