I ordered through the Wendy's app and picked it up through the drive through. The food was still good and warm when I got it home and the wait wasn't too long. The cashier was pleasant as well.
They don't all know how to check the system for GrubHub orders. It depends on what manager is on duty. People order from GrubHub, a driver gets sent to the restaurant, they don't know how to pull it up, and they tell drivers they won't make the order. Drivers make nothing for their time and effort when this happens. The order gets cancelled and the customer gets reasonably upset. They're rude about it too and could care less.
