It was a pretty rough visit, We’ve been to many five guys restaurants all across the country. This was by far the way the worst trip ever. From a manager standing behind the counter reprimanding his employee in a very non-productive way in front of an entire restaurant full of customers to the burnt hamburgers that we received. We work hard for money and choose to spend it at your restaurant. It’s unfortunate that the quality did not equal the cost.

The best thing we can say about this location was the fresh/hot fries. Burger was burnt and definitely not cooked to Five Guy standards. The “manager” was inside yelling at his employees in a completely unacceptable manner. Store could use some help from owners for sure. Would not come back.

This location cares about customer service. Literally had a small issue and the way the manager and team handled it was incredible. The issue was not even a big deal to a point where I even noticed it but because the manager cared about quality, he made sure to address it immediately! Thank you!
