Arby's - City of Verona

Ummmm not sure how this happens but it does, normally a good location but today was a failure for sure. Easily an embarrassing display from all of the leadership and management not teaching the new employees the difference between roast beef, and a jalapeño popper. God bless ya kid.

Poorly run, disorganized, Very long wait, not a place to refer others to, stay away, go some place else

Stood in lobby (the only person there in line) for 11 minutes to order a fry and side that took them like 35 seconds to bag once someone actuallytool my order.

They charged me for a meal even after I said I wanted just the sandwich and fries. Then they gave me the wrong sandwich. The manager did say that if I come back, they will give me a new sandwich but I’m about to start my diet and will not be going back for awhile.

Ordered the fried fish sandwich. It was very good. Service through the drive-thru was great. Nice guy.Courteous.
