Francesca's Cucina - City of Syracuse

Was in town for the Syracuse Nationals Car show and had an incredible meal. The back courtyard is absolutely stunning, the food was amazing and service top notch.

Parking: There is a small free lot near the restaurant, as well as a lower lot around the block from the restaurant. Otherwise, just street parking.

My husband and I regularly joke about how terrible the service is at this restaurant. Entirely unprofessional, standoffish staff. We were one of the first tables to be sat and felt rushed from the moment we sat down. When the waitress brought the check, she stood over his shoulder and impatiently waited for him to get his credit card out of his wallet. After snatching his card, she slopped my leftovers into a to-go container. I’d like to consider my spouse and myself as courteous, well-mannered, overall friendly folk, so we were baffled by the way we were treated here. We’re new to the area and wanted to check out the food scene in downtown Syracuse. Needless to say, this place certainly was a memorable dining experience… for all the wrong reasons.

We sat outside and it was very pretty. Food came super quick. Really high quality food! Highly recommend!

Not from this area at all. I was scared parking and walking to this place. Doesn't look like a safe neighborhood. But when I sat in the back it was BEAUTIFUL. You would never know looking at the front. The food was great. I've had more personable servers but that's ok.
