Avoid- takes an hour to send awful cold food and refund refused. Cant believe they are still in business

I am very disappointed with Flames kebab as I’ve always ordered from them on a regular basis. Yesterday 2/01/21 they left out a can of 7up off my order, I rang them, they gave me the option of having it taken off my next order, but I said no I wish them to deliver it. Unfortunately no delivery was made.

No sauce sent with Fries despite repeated request. And this is not something that should be requested exclusively. How can you have Fries without any sauce.

I'm not going to lie. These fuys where on point before when I'd pick up food, however, ordering takeaway is a complete and utter joke. I ordered food many times from this lot but they kept messing up my order every tine I ordered always blaming ubereats or just eat a the tine. They have lost a regular customer as of today.

Ordered 2 kebabs and a portion of chips at 7.35pm. delivery time given as 8.15pm. food eventually arrived at 9/36pm. chips were disgusting! Kebabs ok, just about.
