I have been standing in here for about 10 mins. No one greeting when you come in. They just stair at you and walk away.

A manager named Haley does coke in the bathroom on her shift, Then begs customers for money claiming she doesn't have gas money to get home, to fund her addiction...very unprofessional place

This is a standalone Duncan with plenty of parking. I went inside to pick up my coffee. I did it to go order and it was ready for me in a minute. The drive-through was very busy. Inside was clean there a number of tables. No employee was masked, but some of the customers were. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.
